This release brings a range of improvements designed to make everyday tasks faster, clearer and easier to manage. From quicker performance and more helpful booking guidance to simpler navigation and greater visibility of fulfilment rules, these updates help teams work more efficiently across the software.
Performance improvements
We’ve made a range of performance improvements across the software, particularly when working with larger volumes of data.
- Faster search queries and shipment bookings
- Quicker page loading and improved responsiveness across key operational and finance areas, including invoices, For dispatch shipments and locations.
- Greater stability and reliability across shipment tracking, GL coding summaries and other high-volume processes.
General improvements
Easier navigation across lists
Rows across key list pages, including invoices*, locations, providers and shipments, now work as standard links, making it easier to review multiple records without navigating away from your current list.
To open a record in a new tab:
Windows: Hold Ctrl and click the row.
Mac: Hold Command (⌘) and click the row.
You can also right-click a row and select “Open link in new tab” using your browser’s standard options.
🗣️ Please note: This navigation functionality is not available in the legacy invoice list view.
Clearer login guidance
Users with deactivated accounts now see a clearer, more specific message when attempting to log in, rather than a generic error.
Automate improvements
Clearer booking guidance
When a shipment cannot be booked, clearer messages now provide more information about the reason for the failure. This makes it easier to identify issues with shipment data or carrier responses and take the appropriate next step.

Earlier MRN validation
MRN fields now validate as information is entered, helping you identify invalid values earlier in the shipment preparation process.
Greater visibility of fulfilment rules
A new provider account filter makes it easier to find all fulfilment rules associated with a specific account, helping you quickly identify the relevant rules.
Optimise Improvements
Improved invoice navigation and visibility
Invoice details now include a View ingest link to the related ingest, making it easier to move between the invoice and its source information.
