Movement demand api "type"
A new movement_demand_type is available on the api. The expected value must be outbound or returns

Enhancements to AI Document Extraction
To handle high-density chunks of data in documents, we introduced agentic enhancements to allow multi pass parsing in the AIDE product feature This utilises two agents per document and both are tied to the document and its context chunks to ensure correct data extraction.
Provider contact mandatory fields
Changes have been made to allow a provider contact to be saved with only a name, company and email address. Previously a full address for each contact was also required.

Headline changes
Enhanced shipment view
The new enhanced shipment view provides users with a combined shipment view if multiple records of the same tracking number and ship date have been received (e.g. from multiple invoices).
The enhanced shipment record view also includes a discrepancy icon
, that when selected, will display any discrepancies between related child shipment records.

Shipments section layout
A new user-friendly layout has been specifically designed for Optimise customers allowing them to view, sort and filter shipments which have been created via an invoice ingestion.

Downloading disputes
Breach disputes and leakage actions can now be downloaded to a csv/excel file. For step by step instructions please refer to this article downloading disputes.
Smaller changes
Improvements to onboarding new users
A new, more friendly, email format has been created to welcome new users added to the software by their local administrator. The new email also includes a link to log into their account once a password has been created.
