How to easily understand what decisions were made on a shipment booking as a result of configured fulfilment rules.
The Automate functionality in the 7bridges platform uses fulfilment rules to tailor the way shipments are booked. Find out more about these fulfilment rules here.
We believe it's important that you are able to understand which fulfilment rules are applied to a shipment; both before and after booking that shipment. For example, why a certain provider account or shipping method was available or not.
You can now see these applied rules in various places in the platform:
- At the 'shipping method' step in the booking flow
- On the confirmation page once a shipment has been booked
- On the shipment details page for a past shipment
You will see a section at the bottom of these pages:
Simply click on the panel to expand and view the applied fulfilment actions:
Who can see this information?
Only platform users with the Admin or Ship admin user roles will be able to see this panel of applied fulfilment actions.
