UPS tracking API configuration guide (for Existing Users)

Step 1: Access and Login into UPS Developer Portal (using your existing credentials)

Step 2: Select the My Apps Option on User Profile


Step 3: Add a new app

Select the Add Apps button at the bottom of the page:


Step 4: Complete the applicable sections:

  1. Select the account number you wish to create the access credentials for (1 account at a time)
  2. Populate the contact section with your information (as the account owner)
  3. When prompted enter a name for the app, we recommend to use 7bridges <account no> to make it easily identifiable, especially if you have multiple provider accounts.
  4. Select the relevant API's that the account should be able to access e.g. Time in Transit must be selected.
  5. Hit the Save button. This will generate the required credentials for the account.

Step 5: Notify 7bridges

Please advise the 7bridges team at onboarding@the7bridges.com of the Client ID and Client Secret.
