What support do we have for different languages for the Optimise product
We provide varying levels of multi-lingual functionality in the platform to accommodate our diverse user base. This functionality allows users to input and process data in multiple languages, ensuring that language barriers do not hinder operational efficiency.
Our platform is designed to handle language variations with ease, allowing users to work in their preferred language while the system manages the necessary translations and standardizations behind the scenes. This commitment to multi-lingual support enhances user experience and promotes inclusivity within our platform.
Processing invoices, rate cards and tracking data
No language limitation; all source data is loaded in its original language. Users can upload invoices, rate cards, and other tracking data in the original language, enabling seamless integration of global data sources.
Where it's necessary to aggregate and standardise data, the platform translates the data into English and aggregates on this.
Reporting
We show aggregated and standardised data in reports only. This means that only English language is used in reports and their filters.
Platform interface
The platform interface is provided in English by default. Support for other languages can be provided but at additional cost and should be discussed with your Customer Success Manager.
