What happens if I don't log in to the 7bridges software regularly?
Will my account be deleted?
If a user does not log into their account (using their password) on a regular basis, the following will happen:
- After 60 days of inactivity, the user will receive an email prompt to remind them to log in, or their account will be disabled after 90 days.
- After 75 days of inactivity, the user will receive an email warning to remind them to log in, or their account will be disabled after 90 days.
- After 90 days of inactivity, the account will be automatically disabled*. The user will receive an email advising that their account has been deactivated, and they need to contact their administrator to reactivate their account.
🔎 *Please note, this does not impact customer API credential accounts, which are classified as "system accounts" and will not be automatically removed.
