What happens if I don't log in to the 7bridges software regularly?

Will my account be deleted?

If a user does not log into their account (using their password) on a regular basis, the following will happen:

  1. After 60 days of inactivity, the user will receive an email prompt to remind them to log in, or their account will be disabled after 90 days.
  2. After 75 days of inactivity, the user will receive an email warning to remind them to log in, or their account will be disabled after 90 days.
  3. After 90 days of inactivity, the account will be automatically disabled*. The user will receive an email advising that their account has been deactivated, and they need to contact their administrator to reactivate their account.

🔎 *Please note, this does not impact customer API credential accounts, which are classified as "system accounts" and will not be automatically removed.
