Resolve slower loading times

    To improve your experience, our engineering team is constantly working on making the platform more efficient. However, there may be times when the platform runs slower than usual due to internal bugs. 


    We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage you to inform us if this significantly affects your productivity. 


    In the meantime, there are several things you can do to help resolve slower loading times: 

    1. Delete cookies from your web browser. To do this, go to your browser's settings, select "history," and then click "clear browser history." Afterward, log back in
    2. Try using a different browser
