Report filtering

Filtering comes in 2 forms on the 7bridges platform

Right filter tray

The set of filters in a tray on the right hand side of the screen give you lots of control over the reports. Typical filter options include:

• Date range

• Provider

• Account number

• Standardised shipping method

• Transport mode

• Origin country

• Destination Country

• Currency - choose the currency for any cost values

Filter from charts

You can also click on a segment in a chart to filter by that value. It will update the filter options on the right so you can always know what you are seeing.

Drill down

Many charts also allow you to drill down in the data. Simply right click on a chart result area (e.g. a pie chart segment) and then select the field to drill down into.

You can also set your own currency for all reports in the Network analysis section using the drop down panel option at the top. Read more about setting your currency here.

Top filter bar

Some reports still use our old reporting functionality and will show a horizontal filter bar at the top of the report

Simply click on the word ‘FILTERS’ to expand this bar and set your filter options.
