To print a shipping label from the 'Packages' section in Shipments, the following conditions must be met:
- The shipment is domestic, and customs information is not required
- Rates are set to auto-select
To print the label, click on the arrow next to the "Book and Print to Label" button, and choose the printer you want to use.
If you need to access the rates page, click 'Next' next to the book button. The rates associated with different accounts will be displayed, and you can select the rate you want before proceeding to the next page. 
On the confirmation page, you can download the label in PDF format and print it. You can also access the pack list and commercial invoice (not shown in this example).
