The Packaging section of the Send module may require attention to detail, as there are several factors to consider.
What is a Package Identifier?
A Package Identifier is a unique number assigned to each package and is already associated with each package type.

Once all the necessary information is entered, proceed to the next step.
Issues with total package weight
The total package weight must be equal to or greater than the weight of the items to pack. For instance:

In the example above, one "test product" item was packed, and the total package weight was entered as 1kg. However, an error message appeared. To resolve this, check the weight of the "test product" item:
Here, we can see that the product weight (1.2kg) exceeds the total package weight (1kg), which prevents the booking. Correct the product weight if it is incorrect or increase the total package weight so that it is equal to or greater than the product weight. See below:

Note: Always double-check that all information is accurate.
Accidentally changing the number of items selected
Clicking the red-highlighted button indicates a change in the number of items selected. Unless necessary, do not modify this. If you accidentally click it, notify your head office so that they are aware of the change. Another window will appear when you report a missing or unavailable item.
