OTHER: Can't find bookings / pick lists / orders in Send

    If you are having trouble finding bookings, orders, and pick lists through Send, there are a few possible reasons: 


    1. Firstly, it's important to check with your ERP provider whether the orders have been processed and added to our database

    • Additionally, it's worth checking the origin_source_id, which is the fulfillment location code. If orders and shipments are being sent to the wrong origin_source_id, the transmission is likely to fail 

    2. If the orders have been processed but aren't showing up, it may simply be because they are taking time to be processed by our system 


    3. If you are still unable to find your bookings or orders, please reach out to support@the7bridges.com. There is a possibility that the booking was accidentally deleted, but this is usually easy to fix
