Missing items (underpacking)

To report a missing or damaged item that cannot be sent, follow these steps:


1. Go to the booking packages page and click the designated button for reporting missing items



2. A box will appear, prompting you to provide a reason for the missing item. Enter the necessary details


3. This action will inform the order system that the specific item is unavailable and cannot be sent 


Note: In case an item is removed by mistake, please contact 7bridges support to add it back.
