When you use the Simulations section and create experiments and simulations, you will regularly see this panel:
Customer allowance for running simulations within the 7bridges software is measured by credits. Every time you click the Run simulation button it will deduct 1 credit from your total.
If you run out of credits then users can Add credits using the button in the panel. This will incur costs as per your contract with 7bridges and thus result in an invoice being generated and sent to your customer account contact.
How many credits are included in the subscription?
The number of credits included is dictated by the Optimise tier a customer is signed up to:
- Optimise Standard = 2 credits per year
- Optimise Intermediate = 2 credits per year
- Optimise Advanced = 25 credits per year
