The collectors return link is built to be used by anonymous users i.e. those that don't have a 7bridges account and so have not logged into the software.
Paste your unique collectors link into the browser, ensuring this starts with https e.g. https://company-collectors.the7bridges.io/api.v2/order/returns/AbcdEfghijk1234567/
and you will be directed to your secure returns page.
⚠️ Please do not share or save the redirected web address as this will only work for users with a valid 7bridges account.
If you are having issues connecting to your unique returns link try one of these options:
- Check you are connecting to the https correct link that must include the following text prior to your unique id:
/api/v2/order/returns/ - Ensure there is a forward slash
/after your unique ID or the redirect will not be possible. - Try using an incognito browser page, as shown below for Chrome, to ensure you are not logged into a 7bridges account:
