When I'm creating a new booking OR if I receive an error message OR different rates to my expectations is there a way to refresh the rates?
Refreshing rates
During the booking process, sometimes there may be a connection issue to the provider and either an error message is displayed (e.g. 429 too many requests) or a rate you're expecting is not displayed.
There is an easy way to generate an update to the rates as follows:
- Select the completed Shipment ref section:

- Enter a space (or any character) after the existing reference:

- Revert back to the original reference (i.e. remove the space or additional character)
- Click
until you're back on the Shipping Method tab (you can click Next once and then select the Shipping method tab) - The rates will then refresh as displayed below:

- The new generated rates will be displayed for each matching provider:
