FAQ How can I refresh the shipping rates?

When I'm creating a new booking OR if I receive an error message OR different rates to my expectations is there a way to refresh the rates?

Refreshing rates

During the booking process, sometimes there may be a connection issue to the provider and either an error message is displayed (e.g. 429 too many requests) or a rate you're expecting is not displayed.

There is an easy way to generate an update to the rates as follows:

  1. Select the completed Shipment ref section:
  2. Enter a space (or any character) after the existing reference:
  3. Revert back to the original reference (i.e. remove the space or additional character)
  4. Click until you're back on the Shipping Method tab (you can click Next once and then select the Shipping method tab)
  5. The rates will then refresh as displayed below:
  6. The new generated rates will be displayed for each matching provider:
