What is the enhanced shipment view?

Shipment records
The enhanced shipment view allows the user to view all shipment details and provides visibility to all the child shipment records which have contributed to the enhanced shipment view.
A new section for shipment records has also been added which will always contain at least 1 record:

🗣️ If multiple data entries are received with the same shipment details (tracking number and ship date), multiple records will be listed in the shipment record section as displayed above. These entries can include invoices, shipment reports and also booking shipments via Automate.
If required, you can click to open the related child record. Then you can easily return to the main shipment view using the breadcrumb link at the top of the page:

⚠️ If your Shipment does not have a reference, click on the Main view link to return to the enhanced view:

Discrepancy view
The enhanced shipment view will display any discrepancies between child shipment records. These are highlighted with the following icon

For example:

Click on the
icon to view the differences:
Example 1: the sender department has been added to the latest shipment record received:

Example 2: the total weight has increased from 10kg to 25kg

Shipment search
With the enhanced shipment view, when you search for a shipment tracking number, only 1 shipment result will be returned:

Previously, all the child records would be returned:

Shipment details
🔎 The enhanced shipment view contains the same sections as the shipment view, but with the additional Shipment records section.
Shipment overview including (but not limited to):
- Primary shipment reference
- Provider name, account, service type and tracking number
- Pickup and delivery dates with tracking status
- Booked by, date and signatures (if applicable)
Shipment info including (but not limited to):
- Transport mode & service
- Dispatch method
- House airway bill number
- Incoterms
- IOR & EOR
- References
- MRN
Documents:
- Documents can be uploaded here
- To generate/view labels, packing lists and commercial invoices, please click the hyperlink for Related booking
Contacts including Sender and recipient info (but not limited to):
- Company name & Address
- Contact name, phone & email
Charges (Optimise customers only):
- Charges powered by the 7bridges rates engine
- Related invoice/s charge breakdown
Spend insights (Optimise customers only):
- Spend alerts
- Disputes
Load info including (but not limited to):
- Total number of parcels
- Temperature
- Total weight
Tracking info if available:
- Status, location, time (UTC)
- If tracking is available, there will also be a link to the providers website to view tracking in the local time zone.
Shipment records:
- Link to all related shipment records
